My newsletters are not so much news letters as they are training articles. They are intended to be timeless, meaning whether I wrote them a month ago or 10 years ago they are still applicable. In my training, coaching and leading of groups over the years, I have found that sending regular bits and pieces of what they need to learn along the way is very beneficial.
I would use these newsletters two ways:
First, as an assortment of tools in a toolbox to be used on, or with, individuals. Use articles that will move them to what they need to do next. For example, if they are stuck on who and where to prospect, I would send them “Looking For Leaders In All The Right Places.”
Second, I would encourage my group, especially the leaders, to subscribe to newsletters like this. I would encourage them to subscribe to enough of this kind of content so they receive inspirational or training messages a few times per week. Sites that I would recommend are Tom Schreiter’s Fortune Now, Art Jonak, John Fogg, Janine Avila, Mark Yarnell and Tim Sales.
