2. Share with them why this information will be of great value to them in achieving their goals. 3. Introduce the next speaker based on the profile provided. If a profile is not provided, research the speaker creating your own profile. Limit the information to those areas of the person’s life that are pertinent to the subject. Add to the profile any personal experiences or feelings that you have relative to the speaker, that are of value to the audience. Initially, refer to the person generically as the next speaker, he, she, etc. Do not use the speaker's name yet. Once you have shared the individual’s title, you may begin referring to them with that as well. For example, our President, Vice President, State Director, etc. 4. Always wait for the speaker to arrive at the front of the room. Maintain eye contact and greet one another in a mutually acceptable way (ie: handshake, embrace, etc.). If the speaker keeps you up front to say a few words about you, maintain eye contact with the audience. Erase the board before leaving.
